Nottingham Family Appeals Directly To TBI

Johnson City, Tenn.-Frustrated with District Attorney General Joe Crumley's refusal to call for a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation review of Robbie Nottingham's suspicious death on the ETSU campus in March, his parents have appealed directly to the TBI.

In a letter sent Friday to Larry Wallace, the Director of the TBI, Jim and Mary Nottingham asked for the "TBI's help to re-interview some of the witnesses, and some for the first time, and to reconstruct what happened" in the early morning hours of March 21st.

Believing that Robbie may have been murdered the family earlier this week offered a $25,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible.
